This app is tailored for Nokia N9 Swipe phone. |

GETTING STARTED Where can I download the app? You can download the application via Nokia OVI store. |

What is the Nokia OVI store? The Ovi Store is where you can download mobile games, applications, videos, images, and ringing tones to your Nokia phone.

How do I download the app? Using a Nokia handset, go to the Ovi store application and search for the Cosmopolitan Philippines app on the search bar to find the app. Once the app is found, you can opt to download the app by clicking the download button on the app landing page.

I can't find the app on my handset. Where is it? The app will be saved and installed directly into the phone main screen. Once installed, you can access the application by selecting it, clicking on the icon and launching the app. |

How does it work? You can access the application by selecting it from your handset's apps list. To activate the application, just click on the app icon. When the app loads, it must connect online (using internet access) to update the contents. |

Do I get charged to download it? This is a FREE download, therefore you will not be charged upon downloading the app. |

What phone/s can I use? The application is compatible to Nokia N9 Swipe.

USING IT Do I need to pay every time I use it? To activate and use the app, you will be charged for internet access rates, depending on point of access used and depending on your telecoms provider. |

| Can I save the images I see on the app?
The app is purely for browsing purposes. No images can be saved and all images are copyright-owned by Cosmopolitan Philippines.

| How do I browse the app?
Nokia N9 is a touch screen phone, use the touch screen mechanism to browse through the app. |
| How do I uninstall the app?
Look for the Cosmopolitan icon on your phone, press for at least two seconds from main screen, click the X mark of the app to uninstall it. Follow the instructions for un-installation.

TROUBLESHOOTING What if I can’t connect to the app? What should I do? If you cannot connect to the app, please check your connection. Without an internet connection, the app will simply show the last updated feed and will not show the updated content.

Why can’t I download the app? These are five possible scenarios why the app cannot be downloaded: 2) Your handset does not have properly configured internet access pointsYou need to configure your handset for internet access. Please visit your respective telco's website or call their hotlines for proper access point settings. The hotlines are:Globe: 211 (for Globe Handyphone subscribers); (02)730-1000 (via landline)Smart: *888 (for SMART subscribers); (02) 888-1111 (via landline)Sun: 200 (for Sun subscribers); (02)395-8000 (via landline) 3) You might not have load for internet access. Please make sure you have sufficient load to process this transaction. 4) The OVI store version might not be up to date. You can update your OVI store version by accessing the OVI store online and accepting upgrade prompts. 5) Your internet connection might be intermittent. Make sure your internet connection is stable. |

Why is the app crashing? This is a beta application. It has been tested on as many Series 40 and s60 phones available to us. However, there are many other Series 40 and 60 phone units as well as many versions per unit. You may want to try restarting your phone, or removing the battery and turning your handset on again. If the problem persists, please report it to our Customer Hotline (02) 6727201 extension 5 (from 9am to 5pm, Mondays through Fridays) so we can address this issue. |
